NON mom invention

I swear the person who invented paint did not have children...Seriously all the kid crafts that come with paint I cringe knowing its going to be everywhere and on everyone...But Daisy loves to paint...moon sand, playdoh, and chalk all of these had to be invented by some very sick individual. Ha Ha!!!

Grandpa

Grandpa came out for a quick visit...We love grandpa visits!!!!!

Jacks

Found these jacks the other day at Michaels..I have not seen real metal jacks in a long time..only the little plastic ones at the dollar tree...I so loved playing jacks as a kid...I remember being soooo impressed with my moms skill as she would sit down and beat the pants off of me in one try...You will never guess who is the jack champion in our house now....Brian of all things. Darn him!

MOM invention

Vons is my new favorite grocery store..They have these great little kid carts that are all electronic..They play 30 minute movies inside them (Dora, backyardigans, or Eisensteins) sound proof enough that I dont hear it on the outside..But I also have a little screen up talk that will give me recipes ideas and tell me whats on sale as I walk through the store..Then when you are checking out it nicely ends the video and tell the kids to step out of their vehicle so your not pulling them kicking and screaming mid way through a video...This was sooooo a mom invention..Now I just have to figure out how to shove all 3 of my kids into this cart and I will have many many shopping days at vons.. Simple pleasures for a stay at home mommy!!!

Yankee vs. Angels

For Budds 10th Birthday he so badly wanted to go to the Yankee vs. Angels game with his best buddy Cade...Ticket prices were CrAzY....Cade managed to find them some tickets...How cool is that!! Thankyou Cader!!!!! Their anti angels and anti yankee hats were a big hit!!!

Being Transformed at Camp!!!

Budd LOVES going to camp...We LOVE sending him to camp!!! Pastor Devland and his staff do an amazing job working with all these kids! He always comes home so pumped up!!! At camp on top of the amazing worship and lessons they have bb guns, canoing, a skate park, crafts, water slides, horse back riding, even a camp store...(that Budd trys to put out of business every year with his own secret stash of 4 sale items)

While Budd is gone the other 2 will play!

I watched Brandys kids why she took the big ones up to camp we had some fun!!! Brodys cat nap! Jacks anyone??? yep, not enough water today they needed a bath! What a gorgeous sunset!

I have always wanted to go and see the tide pools in Laguna beach...I was amazed at how many sea creatures you could see...

Yep, minutes after Budd showed us his muscles a wave came knocked off his shoes and he stepped on a sharp rock...Milliken luck...owwiee good thing bay watch came to our rescue...I think if it had been a pamela lee anderson lifeguard Brian would have thrown himself on the rocks and insisted on mouth to mouth CPR...

Angel Stadium Tour part 1

This is us in the Angels dugout! Very cool stuff! The visitors locker/dressing room...We couldnt go into the angels clubhouse as they keep all of their personal belongings in there and they dont want some psycho smelling someones angel socks... There was a very cool memorial for Nick Adenhart...God Bless his young soul!!!!

Beach Days

This was our 1st day off track and what a fun day at the beach it was...

No Kool Aid here!

I LOVE being my kids mom but there are days that I dont want to be Kool Aid mom and have a house full of kids every weekend...I know to soon these days will be gone but sometimes I just need a little me time that doesn't involve running to walmart to get toilet paper!

My baby is no longer a kindergartner

So today my baby graduated kindergarten...Tomorrow she will be driving, then graduating college, then getting married, I dont like it...Im having serious panic attacks here when did this all happen? It happened to fast I dont remember her being little anymore...Im having major should of could of syndrome...I need time to stand still for just a moment so I can take a breath...Im going to go hug my kids and never let go! Im the momma now get in here and just let me rock you a little longer...Please!

Fathers Day

This fathers day it was off to the Dodgers Vs. Angles game ...Can you tell who is anti - angels...I think he likes his hat for the the shock and awwwww! Breakfast in bed is always a must! We even tried to spell Dad with the hot sauce! We love the daddy!
